Summer Mixed Salad

This is a refreshing salad recipe especially in Summer!

Preparation time: 5-7 mins 

Ingredients:
1 cucumber (sliced)
4-5 cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 small piece of watermelon (cubes)
some nuts (walnut, cashew nuts etc)

Dressing:
1 table spoon of olive oil
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
1 tea spoon of apple cider

Method:
1. Tossed all the ingredients (except watermelon) with the dressing.
2. After tossing, add watermelon or any other favorite fruit into it.

Your Summer Mixed Salad is ever ready~
